St. Andrew's Visit Twickenham

On Saturday 27th May Year 3 children had the opportunity to play tag rugby on the pitch at Twickenham ahead of the Rugby Premiership Final between Wasps and Exeter.

The game took place shortly after the Manchester terror attack and so a minute's silence was held before kick-off. As one of the schools representing Sale Sharks, our children were asked to accompany the players onto the pitch. This was a very special moment; the children did a great job representing St. Andrew's and the whole of Manchester, we are very proud of them!

Well done to all of the children, it was a great day out. Thanks to Sale Sharks for providing the children with this fantastic experience.
